Flying Car Simulator Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 October 2026

Developer: Yes2Games / Y2G Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our")

We make Flying Car Simulator (the "Game") and we care about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we work with, and the choices you have. It covers every version of the Game: the web version on game portals (Poki, CrazyGames, Yandex Games, GameDistribution, and YouTube Playables) and the mobile apps for Android and iOS.

If you have questions or want us to delete data we hold about you, email [email protected].

1. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the Game, fix problems, and understand what players enjoy.

Game progress Your coins, unlocked arenas and cars, car upgrades, daily gift status, and settings.

Why: To save your progress so you can continue where you left off. On the web, progress is saved through the portal you play on (in your portal account or in your browser's storage, depending on the portal). On Android and iOS, progress is saved on your device and, if you sign in, synced through Google Play Games or Apple iCloud.

Accounts, achievements & leaderboards (Android and iOS) If you sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS): your player ID, display name, achievements, leaderboard scores, and cloud-saved progress.

Why: To sign you in, show achievements and leaderboards, and sync your progress across devices. Your display name and scores are visible to other players on leaderboards.

Gameplay events Events such as races started and finished, finishing position, cars and upgrades selected, arenas unlocked, rewards earned, rewarded ads offered and watched, and your in-game coin balance. These events do not include your name or contact details. On Android and iOS, they are sent with a random app-instance ID assigned by Google Firebase.

Why: To balance the Game, measure which features players use, and improve content.

App performance & safety (Android and iOS) Crash and diagnostics data, such as crash traces and basic device information (model, OS version, language).

Why: To find and fix bugs and keep the Game running.

Advertising data (Android and iOS) Your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID, or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS if you allow tracking), coarse device information, country or region, app version, and ad interaction events.

Why: To show ads, including optional rewarded ads, to limit how often you see ads, to measure ad effectiveness, and to prevent ad fraud.

What we do NOT collect We do not collect your email address, payment data, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or camera or microphone access. The Game has no in-app purchases, push notifications, chat, or online multiplayer. On the web, the Game has no sign-in of its own.

2. Who we work with (services)

We rely on a few trusted service providers. They process data under their own privacy terms and only for the purposes described here.

Web version

On the web, the portal runs its own ads, cookies, and accounts under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your portal account details.

Android and iOS apps

  • Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS): sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saves.

  • Apple iCloud (iOS): syncing your saved progress across your devices.

  • AppLovin MAX: ad serving and ad mediation, including the ad networks AppLovin mediates on our behalf. See AppLovin's Privacy Policy.

  • Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics): gameplay analytics and crash reporting. See Firebase's privacy information.

We don't sell personal data. We share limited data with the providers above only so they can deliver their part of the service.

3. Advertising and your choices

The Game shows interstitial ads between races and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for example, to double a race reward). There are no banner ads.

Web: All ads are served by the portal you play on. Ad personalization and consent are managed by that portal.

Android: You can reset your Android Advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings (Settings, then Privacy, then Ads).

iOS: The Game asks for your permission through App Tracking Transparency before your IDFA is used to track you across apps and websites. If you decline, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized using cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

Consent: Where the law requires it (for example, in the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent before personalized advertising, and you can change your choice from the consent prompt at any time.

4. Data retention

  • Game progress: On the web, kept by the portal until you clear it (for example, by clearing your browser data) or delete it through your portal account. On mobile, kept on your device until you uninstall the Game, and in Google Play Games or iCloud until you delete it there.

  • Achievements, leaderboards, and player profiles: Stored by Google Play Games or Apple Game Center on your behalf, not by us. You manage them through your Google or Apple account.

  • Gameplay events, crash data, and advertising data: Pseudonymous records held by our analytics and advertising partners under their own retention terms.

We don't run our own servers for the Game and keep only what's necessary.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (such as HTTPS) to protect data in transit and work only with providers that do the same. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent and detect misuse.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, or to object to certain processing (like personalized ads).

If you're in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (running the Game), legitimate interests (security, analytics, and service improvement), and consent (where required by law, for example for personalized ads).

For California and similar jurisdictions: we don't sell personal information for money. Some laws treat sharing identifiers with ad partners as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out using the controls in the "Advertising and your choices" section above.

To make a request, email [email protected].

7. International transfers

Our partners operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country (for example, in the EU, UK, US, Russia, or APAC). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Where required, we use age, platform, consent, or regional settings to limit data collection and advertising features.

9. Data deletion requests

You can stop all data collection by the Game at any time by closing it (web) or uninstalling it (mobile). Uninstalling also deletes the progress saved on your device.

  • Web progress: Clear your browser data for the portal, or delete your data through your portal account tools.

  • Google Play Games and Game Center data: Managed by Google or Apple, not by us. Delete it through your Google Account or through Game Center on your Apple device.

  • Analytics and advertising data: Reset your advertising identifier (see section 3) to break the link to past records.

To request that we delete data tied to your player identifier, email [email protected] with your Play Games player ID or Game Center player ID. We aim to respond within 30 days. Some records may be kept where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, when changes are material, give reasonable notice. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
