NSR Street Car Racing Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 September 2025
Developer: Yes2Games / Y2G Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”)

We make NSR Street Car Racing (the “Game”) and we care about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we work with, and the choices you have.

If you have questions or want us to delete data we hold about you, email support-nsr-gp@yes2games.com.

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the Game, fix problems, and understand what players enjoy.

Accounts & progress

  • Google Play Games profile (if you sign in): gamer ID, display name, achievements/leaderboards, and cloud-save progress.
Why: to sign you in, show achievements and leaderboards, and sync progress across devices.

Purchases

  • Purchase confirmations from Google Play Billing (e.g., purchase tokens, product IDs, timestamps).
Why: to deliver items you bought, handle refunds, and prevent fraud. We don’t receive your full payment details.

App performance & safety

  • Crash and diagnostics data (e.g., crash traces, basic device info such as model, OS version, language).
Why: to find and fix bugs, fight abuse, and keep the Game running.

Analytics & personalization

  • Gameplay and usage events (e.g., which modes you play, session length, progression checkpoints).
Why: to balance the game, measure feature usage, and improve content.

  • Advertising identifiers and related signals (for ad-supported builds): Android Advertising ID (if available), coarse device/OS info, country/region, and app version.
Why: to cap ad frequency, measure ad effectiveness, and (where allowed) show more relevant ads.

We do not access your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. If we ever add a feature that needs a permission, we’ll ask you first in-app.

Who we work with (SDKs & services)

To provide the Game, we rely on a few trusted service providers. They process data under their own privacy terms and only for our stated purposes.

  • Google Play Services & Google Play Games Services — sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, device services.

  • Google Play Billing — in-app purchase authorization and receipts.

  • Firebase (e.g., Crashlytics/Analytics where used) — crash reports, diagnostics, and high-level usage metrics.

  • AppsFlyer — install attribution and campaign measurement (only in regions/features where we use it).

  • ByteBrew — game analytics, remote config, A/B testing, event tracking.

  • AppLovin MAX (ad mediation, if ads are enabled) — shows ads and may work with multiple ad networks. Those networks operate under their own privacy rules.

  • Unity IAP (if used) — in-game purchase flow and product catalogs.

We don’t sell personal data. We share limited data with the providers above so they can deliver their part of the service (for example, an ad network needs an advertising identifier to cap ad frequency).

Ads choices and analytics controls

If your build of the Game shows ads, you can limit ad personalization:

  • Delete or reset your Android Advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording may vary by device/Android version). This reduces tracking and personalized ads for that device. Google Help

  • Disable ads personalization at the OS level and adjust in-app consent prompts where shown (e.g., when we display a regional consent dialog).

Analytics and crash reporting are used to keep the Game stable and fair. Where required, we’ll ask for consent; where not required, you can contact us to object to certain analytics (see Section 7).

Data retention

  • Cloud saves & profile data: kept while your Play Games profile remains linked to the Game or until you ask us to delete it.

  • Purchase confirmations: retained for records, chargebacks, and legal obligations.

  • Crash/diagnostics & analytics: kept only as long as needed to troubleshoot and improve the Game, then aggregated or deleted.

If we need to keep some data (for example, to prevent fraud or comply with law), we’ll keep only what’s necessary.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, and we restrict access to authorized staff and processors. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent and detect misuse.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, or object to certain processing (like personalized ads).

  • To make a request, email support-nsr-gp@yes2games.com from the account you use to play.

  • If you’re in the EEA/UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (running the Game), legitimate interests (security, analytics, and service improvement), and consent (where required by law, e.g., certain marketing/ads settings).

For California and similar jurisdictions: we don’t sell personal information for money. Some laws treat sharing identifiers with ad partners as a “sale” or “sharing.” You can opt out using the device controls in Section 3 and by contacting us.

International transfers

Our services and partners operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country (e.g., EU, UK, US, APAC). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data deletion and account-related requests

  • You can uninstall the Game at any time.

  • To delete cloud saves and analytics tied to your Play Games profile, email support-nsr-gp@yes2games.com with your Play Games ID and request.
We aim to respond within 30 days and will delete matching records unless we must keep certain data for fraud prevention, safety, or legal reasons.
(If we ever add an in-app “Delete data” button, we’ll note the exact steps here.)

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, when changes are material, provide an in-app notice or other reasonable notice. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
