NSR Street Car Racing Privacy Policy
NSR Street Car Racing — Privacy Policy
Effe
You pasted an earlier version. The versions I gave you after (when you pointed out "we don't hold Nakama data" and "we can't delete from Firebase") had these three things fixed already. Looks like the version that landed on Squarespace is the first full PP I gave, not the later iterations.
Easiest path: replace the whole page with the final version below — it's the cumulative result of all your corrections.
NSR Street Car Racing — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 14 May 2026 Developer: Yes2Games / Y2G Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our")
We make NSR Street Car Racing (the "Game") and we care about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we work with, and the choices you have.
If you have questions about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to run the Game, fix problems, and understand what players enjoy.
Accounts & progress
Google Play Games and Apple Game Center profile (if you sign in): gamer ID, display name, achievements/leaderboards, and cloud-save progress.
Multiplayer and leaderboard data: your display name and scores are visible to other players on global leaderboards and during online multiplayer matches (via Google Play Games and Apple Game Center).
Why: to sign you in, show achievements and leaderboards, run online multiplayer, and sync progress across devices.
Purchases
Purchase confirmations from Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase (iOS) — e.g., purchase tokens, receipts, product IDs, timestamps.
Why: to deliver items you bought, handle refunds, and prevent fraud. We don't receive your full payment details.
App performance & safety
Crash and diagnostics data (e.g., crash traces, basic device info such as model, OS version, language).
Why: to find and fix bugs, fight abuse, and keep the Game running.
Analytics & personalization
Gameplay events: modes played, session length, progression checkpoints. Purpose: balance gameplay, measure feature adoption, improve content.
Advertising identifiers and related signals (for ad-supported builds): Android Advertising ID on Android; Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice. Purpose: limit ad frequency, measure ad effectiveness, show contextually relevant ads where permitted.
Push notification tokens (if you allow notifications): used to deliver gameplay reminders and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We do not access your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. If we ever add a feature that needs a permission, we'll ask you first in-app.
Most of what we collect is pseudonymous — tied to a device or advertising identifier, not to your name or contact details.
Service partners (SDKs & services)
Data shared with trusted providers operating under their own privacy terms:
Google Play Services & Google Play Games Services (Android)
Google Play Billing (Android)
Apple Game Center (iOS)
Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase (iOS)
Unity IAP
Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging where enabled)
GameAnalytics
ByteBrew (where enabled)
Nakama / Heroic Labs — online account, matchmaking, multiplayer, leaderboards, and cloud/service connectivity
AppLovin MAX — ad mediation, including active mediated ad networks
Adverty — immersive in-game advertising where enabled
We don't sell personal data. We share limited data with the providers above so they can deliver their part of the service.
Children's privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without the required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us.
Advertising and analytics SDKs, including AppLovin MAX, are not intended to be used for players who are treated as children under applicable laws. Where required, we use age, platform, consent, or regional settings to limit data collection and advertising features.
Ads choices and analytics controls
For ad-supported builds, users can:
Android: reset the Android Advertising ID via Settings → Privacy → Ads, and disable OS-level ad personalization.
iOS: respond to the App Tracking Transparency prompt on first launch; change tracking permission later via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; reset IDFA in the same menu.
Adjust in-app consent prompts at any time.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): On iOS, the system asks for your permission before the Game uses your IDFA to track you across apps and websites. If you decline, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized using cross-app tracking.
Analytics and crash reporting are used to keep the Game stable and fair.
Data retention
Cloud saves, achievements, and gamer profile data: stored by Google Play Games or Apple Game Center on your behalf, not by us. You manage these through your Google or Apple account.
Analytics and crash data: pseudonymous device-level records held by our analytics partners under their own retention terms.
Purchase confirmations: retained for records, chargebacks, and legal obligations.
If we need to keep some data (for example, to prevent fraud or comply with law), we'll keep only what's necessary.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, and we restrict access to authorized staff and processors. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent and detect misuse.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, or object to certain processing (like personalized ads).
If you're in the EEA/UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (running the Game), legitimate interests (security, analytics, and service improvement), and consent (where required by law, e.g., certain marketing/ads settings).
For California and similar jurisdictions: we don't sell personal information for money. Some laws treat sharing identifiers with ad partners as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out using the device controls in the "Ads choices and analytics controls" section above.
For questions or requests, email [email protected].
International transfers
Our services and partners operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country (e.g., EU, UK, US, APAC). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Data deletion requests
You can uninstall the Game at any time. Uninstalling stops further data collection by the Game on that device.
Cloud saves, achievements, and gamer profile data are managed by Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, not stored by us. To remove that data, use Google's or Apple's account tools directly:
Google Play Games data: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/3437082
Apple Game Center data: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/game-center-iph2c50bd9c5/ios
Analytics and ad data is pseudonymous (tied to a device or advertising ID, not to your identity). The fastest way to break the link to past records is to reset your advertising identifier:
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Reset
To request that we delete data tied to your player identifier, email [email protected] with your Play Games gamer ID, Game Center player ID, or a recent purchase order ID. We'll act on the request to the extent feasible across our analytics partners and aim to respond within 30 days. Some records (e.g., purchase/financial records) may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, when changes are material, provide an in-app notice or other reasonable notice. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
