NSR Street Car Racing Privacy Policy - Poki

We make NSR Street Car Racing (the “Game”) and we care about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we work with, and the choices you have. This policy applies specifically to the web version of NSR hosted on Poki.com.

1. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the Game, fix problems, and understand what players enjoy.

Multiplayer, Leaderboards & Progress We process race positions, lap times, match results, ranking positions, display names, and local progress data.

Why: To enable real-time online multiplayer races, sync your session progress, and display global or regional leaderboards.

App performance & safety Session and diagnostics data (browser type, OS version, screen resolution, loading times).

Why: To find and fix bugs, optimize performance, and keep the Game running smoothly.

What we do NOT collect We do not collect payment data (no in-app purchases on Poki), precise GPS location, or device permissions like your camera or microphone. Third-party analytics services and advertising identifiers are disabled for this version.

2. Who we work with (services)

To provide the Game, we rely on a few trusted service providers. They process data under their own privacy terms and only for our stated purposes.

  • Yes2Games Server — Facilitates real-time multiplayer race sessions, match state synchronization, and leaderboard rankings.

  • Poki Platform — Game hosting and advertising. Please refer to Poki's Privacy Policy for how they handle data.

Note: Services like Firebase, AppsFlyer, ByteBrew, and AppLovin MAX are disabled in the Poki version. We don't sell personal data; we only share limited data with our first-party servers to deliver the multiplayer experience.

3. Advertising

All advertising is managed by Poki's SDK. We do not use third-party ad networks. Ad preferences and personalization are controlled through Poki’s platform.

4. Data retention

  • Multiplayer & Leaderboard data: Retained to maintain historical rankings and active session states.

  • Diagnostics: Kept only as long as needed to troubleshoot, then aggregated or deleted.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS/WSS) to protect data in transit and restrict access to authorized staff. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent and detect misuse.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data. To make a request, email support-nsr-poki@yes2games.com.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country (e.g., EU, UK, US, APAC). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Children’s privacy

NSR is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.

9. Data deletion requests

You can stop playing by closing the browser. To delete data tied to your multiplayer profile stored on our servers, email support-nsr-poki@yes2games.com with your display name. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
